专利说明:
The present invention relates to a fitting according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a shower cubicle or shower enclosure with the fitting according to the invention. Such fittings are already known and are shown for example in EP 2 228 510 B1. These fittings often have shelves and complementary shelves to raise and lower a door during the opening and closing operation. These shelves and complementary shelves additionally cause the door to automatically move to an open position or a closed position and come to rest there. The raising and lowering of the door has the advantage that, for example, seals attached to the lower end of the door do not strike the floor when the door is opened and closed, but are lifted away from it. This is needed to ensure a smooth movement of the door and to increase the life of the seal. In order to be able to set the open or closed position of the door exactly, the fittings shown in the prior art have adjusting devices. In the case of EP 2 228 510 B1 this adjustment is given by a clamping ring. The clamping ring encloses a lifting sleeve, which can be secured against rotation in the clamping ring by the clamping ring is pulled together. The so fixable lifting sleeve has shelves, which cause the raising and lowering of the door. In the lowered state of the door, this is due to the shelves in the closed or open position. If the door is flush with the frame of the shower cubicle or the shower enclosure and remains at the correct angle in the open or closed position, this position must be adjustable. The clamping ring is opened so far that the lifting sleeve can be rotated relative to the clamping ring. Upon reaching the desired position, the lifting sleeve is clamped by the contraction of the ring and thus determines the position of the door. The problem with this is that the clamping ring must be connected on the one hand to the frame profile or carrier profile and at the same time should also have enough flexibility to ensure opening and closing of the clamping ring can. This is realized in the prior art by inserting the clamping ring in a hinge plate. Due to the indirect contact with the carrier profile by placing in the hinge plate but no play-free storage of the door is guaranteed. If the clamping ring is pulled together, so does its circumference, which must be engaged with the hinge plate. If the clamping ring is pulled together, its circumference and shape are reduced, and thus the gap increases to the corresponding area of the hinge plate. The clamping ring can thus enter into no more play-free connection with the hinge plate. Furthermore, the structure of the fitting, the clamping ring and the lifting sleeve, which is open at the top, offers the possibility of water ingress and thus of contamination in the region of the joint plate. Thus, after prolonged use of the shower due to the game or the entry of impurities such as soap residue or lime proper function of the adjustment can no longer be guaranteed. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide a comparison with the prior art improved fitting or improved over the prior art shower cubicle or shower enclosure with such a fitting. This is achieved in the fitting according to the invention by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. The fact that the fastening device has at least one stop surface, via which the fastening device can be connected to the carrier profile, a direct - direct - contact with the carrier profile is made, at which the door is struck. No hinge plate is needed to receive and store the fastener. The door is mounted directly on this fixing device, the absorbed forces are passed directly to the support profile - a hinge plate is not necessary. The self-contained structure, which can be additionally encapsulated with a cap, no water can penetrate into the system, so impurities can not affect the function of the fitting. If the fastening device can be connected to the carrier profile via at least one screw, then the fastening device can be fastened directly to the carrier profile by conventional means, such as, for example, an Allen wrench. A frictional and direct connection of the fastening device is thus ensured by the use of the simplest means. If the fastening device can be positively connected to the carrier profile, so in addition to the above-mentioned screw and a positive connection can be made. This increases the reliability and stability of the fitting. If the at least one complementary mounting surface is arranged on a lifting sleeve, wherein the lifting sleeve can be inserted into the rotary profile, the door is raised and lowered via the complementary mounting surfaces in the rotary profile or a defined open or closed position is achieved. If the lifting sleeve can be inserted into the rotary profile, an easy installation of the lifting sleeve is ensured. If the lifting sleeve is still asymmetrical in this case and thus can not turn itself in the rotary profile, the function of lifting and lowering the door is given in the adjustment due to the Komplementärstellflächen located in the lifting sleeve. If the lifting sleeve has a cylindrical shaft, in which engages a corresponding cylindrical bearing pin, which is arranged on the lifting element, so radially acting forces of the door are not only transmitted to the shelves or complementary mounting surfaces, but received by a journal. This increases the life of the fitting, since not the shelves, which are simultaneously responsible for raising and lowering the fitting, are also responsible for receiving the radial forces of the door. Furthermore, a fitting with a more compact design can be achieved by this construction. If a cover cap is provided, which conceals the fastening device at least in sections in the mounted state, then a visually sophisticated appearance is achieved. Furthermore, the gap between the Lifting sleeve and the lifting element can be reduced thereby. By arranged on the cap inclined surfaces, the water is better derived during showering of the fitting, so there is no paragraph on which can accumulate deposits. If the fastening device substantially corresponds to the shape of a clamping ring, wherein the clamping ring by at least one clamping means, in particular in the form of a clamping screw, contractible, so a simple contraction of the clamping ring with conventional tools is possible. If, for example, an Allen screw is used as the clamping means, the adjustment of the lifting element relative to the clamping ring can be carried out simply by means of an Allen key. If the clamping ring has an opening whose shape and / or its dimensions substantially correspond to the shape and / or the circumference of the lifting element, a play-free connection between the clamping ring and the lifting sleeve is made possible. If, for example, the clamping ring has a circular opening which has substantially the same shape and, in the unclamped state, a slightly larger circumference than the circumference of the cylindrical lower part of the lifting element, then a simple and also stable connection is produced between the clamping ring and the lifting sleeve is contracted. On the outside of the clamping ring there are no struts or other contact elements, which interact with a hinge plate - a uniform contraction of the clamping ring is thus ensured and is not prevented by the hinge plate - as shown in the prior art. If the fastening device is connectable via two screws with the carrier profile, wherein the carrier profile for receiving the screws has at least two through holes, wherein one of the through holes is formed by a slot, so when contraction of the clamping ring one side of the fastening device through the slot in the carrier profile Compensate for contraction of the clamping ring. The screw located in the slot can be moved when contraction of the clamping ring along the slot, the contraction of the clamping ring is not prevented by the two screws. If the fastening device and / or the carrier profile has at least one guide element which engages positively in at least one guide on the fastening device and / or the carrier profile, not only a frictional connection between the fastening device and the carrier profile is achieved by the screws, but also a positive-locking connection. In this case, the guide may be formed as a T-slot and the guide element as a T-shaped pin. The T-shaped pin can be arranged on the fastening device and the T-slot in the carrier profile. Any other type of Flinterschnittes, such as a dovetail guide or the like would also be conceivable in the Fierstellung this guide. Further advantageous embodiments are defined in the dependent subclaims. Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Showing: 1 perspective view of the individual parts of the fitting from diagonally below, 2 perspective view Flubelement, fastening device, Cover, carrier profile from diagonally above, 3 fitting in assembled state obliquely from above, Fig. 4 fitting in the assembled state of obliquely below without Cover cap - closed position, 5 fitting in the assembled state of obliquely below without cap - open position, Fig. 6 detail view obliquely above fastening device on the carrier profile without cap, Fig. 7 detail view obliquely above fastening device on the carrier profile with cap and Fig. 8 schematic representation of a shower cubicle or shower enclosure. 1 shows a carrier profile 30 with a fastening device 5 arranged thereon. The fastening device 5 has two threaded bores via which a connection with the carrier profile 30 is produced by means of screws 6. The screws 6 remain hidden after installation of the shower cubicle in the support section 30. The fastening device 5 is formed by a clamping ring 10, which forms at least one additional stop surface 16. About the stop surface 16, a direct contact between the fastening device 5 and carrier profile 30 is made. The clamping ring 10 has an opening 21, in which the lower cylindrical part of the lifting element 2 is inserted. If, subsequently, the clamping means 11 is tightened, for example in the form of an Allen screw, the internal diameter of the clamping ring 10 is reduced and a clamping force is created which acts on the lower cylindrical part of the lifting element 2 and locks it in its position. The lifting element 2 has shelves 3, which engage in complementary mounting surfaces 4 of the lifting sleeve 7. The lifting sleeve 7 is secured against rotation in the rotary profile 40. The connection between the lifting sleeve 7 and rotary profile 40 may be a positive connection. The lifting sleeve 7 can not be rotated in the interior of the rotary profile 40, since the rotary profile 40 has substantially the same inner shape as the outer shape of the lifting sleeve 7. Thus, rotational movements are transmitted to the door 41 via the rotary profile 40 directly to the lifting sleeve 7, wherein the Complementary shelves 4 relative to the shelves 3 of the lifting element 2 adjust. Thus, under the influence of the weight of the door 41 is a lifting or lowering movement in the process of the door 41 between an open and a closed position. To improve the visual appearance or for the encapsulation of the fastening device 5 from impurities between the lifting sleeve 7 and fastening device 5, a cap 18 is used. Fig. 2 shows the carrier profile 30 with the through holes 32a, 32b. In this embodiment, the carrier profile 30 four through holes 32a, 32b, wherein for receiving the screws 6 of the fastening device 5 only two through holes 32a, 32b are responsible. The remaining through-holes 32a, 32b are provided for the case that the carrier profile 30 is rotated by 180 ° and in this case a support can be mounted at the top. Thus, the carrier profile 30 is universally applicable. In the case of Fig. 2 are the Through holes 32b designed as slots. These elongated holes extend transversely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier profile 30 and compensate for the clamping movement of the clamping ring 10 when tightening the clamping means 11. By mounted in the support section 30 guide 13 - formed as a T-slot - and arranged on the fastening device 5 guide element 12 - in shape a T-shaped pin - in addition to the direct connection via the at least one stop surface 16 and the screws 6 a positive connection between the carrier profile 30 and fastening device 5 is achieved. Fig. 3 shows the fitting 1 in its assembled form. The cap 18 substantially encloses the fastening device 5 completely, the bottom of the fastening device 5 remains free. Furthermore, the area of the shelves 3 and 9 of the bearing pin remains open. The inclined surfaces, which are arranged on the cap 18, cause a running off of the spray water and thus prevent deposits. The cap 18 has an opening through which the clamping means 11 can be reached with a tool. Optionally, this opening can also be closed after adjustment via a cap or plug. About the not visible in Fig. 3 lifting element 2 is the lifting sleeve 7. This is directly connected to the rotary profile 40. In the rotary profile 40, the door 41 engages. The carrier profile 30 is connected to a wall or with a glass pane. Fig. 4 shows the fitting 1 in a view obliquely from below - simplified without cap 18 shown. The screws 6 remain hidden inside the carrier profile 30. The fastening means 5 is directly connected to the carrier profile 30 via the at least one stop surface 16 in connection. Fig. 4 shows the door in a closed position, this is z. B. previously set on the relative rotation of the lifting element 2 to the clamping ring 10. The opening 21 of the clamping ring 10 is substantially filled by the lower cylindrical portion of the lifting element 2. If the door 41 moves, for example, between the open and closed positions, then shock movements due to the shelves 3 and 2 complementary surfaces 4 can lead to unpleasant noise. The lower cylindrical portion of the lifting element 2 can be made of a plastic for this reason, in order to achieve damping properties and to prevent the noise. Fig. 5 shows as well as Fig. 4 is a perspective view from below, obliquely to the arrangement of the fitting 1. Again, the cap 18 was not shown for simplicity. The door 41 is located in FIG. 5 in an open position. If the door 41 moves between the closed position shown in FIG. 4 and the open position shown in FIG. 5, the door is raised in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the lifting element 2 and lowered again shortly before the open or closed position. Due to the oblique surfaces of the shelves 3 and 2 Komplementärstellflächen (not visible in Fig. 4, 5) an automated movement is achieved in the open position and also in the closed position. Fig. 6 shows the lifting element 2 in the clamping ring 10 of the fastening device 5. The lifting element 2 in this case has the shelves 3. These are arranged in a circle around the bearing pin 9 in the middle of the lifting element 2. The bearing pin 9 engages in the not visible in FIG. 6 cylindrical shaft 8 of the lifting sleeve 7 (visible in Fig. 1). On the fastening device 5 is a cover receptacle 19, in which the cap 18 can engage. The cap 18 is not shown in FIG. 6. The attachment of the cap 18 may, for. B. non-positively or positively - as shown in Fig. 6 - done. The bearing pin 9 is preferably made of metal, since it has to absorb high radial forces. The shelves 3 or the not shown in FIG. 6 Complementärstellflächen 4 are preferably made of a plastic material to reduce noise during the adjustment of the door. A counter-profile 33 serves to receive the carrier profile 30. The counter-profile 33 can be fastened directly to a wall or also serve to receive a further shower partition wall. Fig. 7 shows the patch cap 18, which encloses the fastening device 5 at the periphery and top substantially completely. Only the region of the lifting element 2 is left open in order to ensure the operative connection between the lifting element 2 and the lifting sleeve 7, not shown in FIG. 7. The fastening device 5 is preferably made of metal, since it has to absorb high forces. The cap 18 is preferably made of a same-colored material as well as the lifting sleeve 7 in order to improve the visual appearance. 8 shows a shower cubicle or shower enclosure 100 in a schematic representation with a carrier profile 30, a rotary profile 40 and a door 41 arranged thereon. The carrier profile 30 is fastened to a wall or else to a further glass pane. At the lower end of the carrier profile 30 is the fitting 1, at the upper end there is a counter fitting 60, which can be configured in a similar shape as well as the fitting 1. However, this requires no shelves or complementary pads for raising and lowering the door 41, since this is performed by the lower fitting 1. The counter fitting 60 is used only for supporting the rotary profile 40. Innsbruck, on November 4, 2015
